Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for BookStay Quiet, our paid
membership.
1. Subscriptions
- BookStay Quiet is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Payments and billing are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record,
Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd).
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to BookStay Quiet until the end of your current
paid period; you will not be charged again. Your account remains active as a free account, and your existing
notes and library stay with you.
You can cancel from your account, or by using the receipt email sent by Paddle at the time of purchase, which
links to a customer portal for managing or cancelling your subscription.
3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
or of a renewal charge.

contact Paddle, the Merchant of Record, via paddle.net
with your order details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Where required by the consumer-protection laws of your country, you may have additional rights; nothing in
this policy limits those rights.
4. Price changes
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will give reasonable notice, and changes
never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
